Cookie Policy
1. What this policy is for
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on hello@laleonexclusive.com , why we use them, and how you can control them.
It sits alongside our Privacy Policy at https://laleonexclusive.com/privacy-policy/, which explains more broadly how we handle personal data.
2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site remember things between pages and between visits.
We also use technologies that work in a similar way, including local storage, session storage, and tracking pixels. Where this policy says “cookies”, it means all of these.
Some cookies are set by us. Others are set by third parties whose tools we use, such as our analytics and advertising providers. We list both.
3. The categories we use
Strictly necessary. These make the website work. They handle security, load balancing, and remembering your cookie preferences so we do not ask again on every page. They cannot be switched off, and we do not need your consent for them, because without them the site cannot function.
Functional. These remember choices you have made to improve your experience. On our site this includes remembering that you have already seen our waitlist invitation, so it is not shown to you repeatedly.
Analytics. These help us understand how visitors find and move through the site, which pages hold attention, and where people leave. We use this to make the site better. These are set only if you consent.
Advertising. These allow us to measure whether our advertising is working, to avoid showing you the same advertisement repeatedly, and to show you content that is more likely to be relevant. They involve sharing data with Meta and Google. These are set only if you consent.
4. The cookies we use
5. Third parties we work with
Some cookies are set by companies other than us. When that happens, those companies process data under their own policies as well as ours.

Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area and outside Türkiye. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards described in section 9 of our Privacy Policy.
6. Advertising and how we use it
We advertise on Meta and Google platforms. With your consent, we place tags on the site that record which pages you viewed and which actions you took, so that we can:
- Measure whether an advertisement led to a meaningful visit
- Avoid showing advertisements to people who have already joined our waitlist
- Show our advertising to people whose interests resemble those of our existing audience
Some of this measurement happens on our servers rather than in your browser. Where we send event data to an advertising provider from our own systems, we do so only where you have consented to advertising cookies. Server-side measurement does not change your choice, and we do not treat it as an exception to it.
You can withdraw consent at any time, see section 8.
7. Giving and withdrawing consent
When you first visit, a banner asks for your choices. Nothing in the analytics or advertising categories is loaded before you decide. Declining does not limit your access to any part of the site.
You can change your mind at any time.
On our site: use the cookie settings link in the footer.
In your browser: every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Instructions are in the help section of your browser. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
Opting out with the providers directly:
- Google analytics opt-out browser add-on
- Advertising preference settings in your Google account
- Advertising preference settings in your Meta account
- The Your Online Choices platform, for EU users
- The Network Advertising Initiative opt-out tool
We keep a record of the choice you made and when you made it, so that we can demonstrate it was properly obtained. That record is itself covered by our Privacy Policy.
8. How long cookies last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a defined period, which is listed for each cookie in the table in section 4.
We ask for your cookie preferences again after 12 months, so your choice reflects what you want now rather than what you wanted a long time ago.
9. Do Not Track
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no agreed industry standard for how to respond to it, so we do not currently respond to it. Our cookie banner gives you direct control instead.
Where our consent platform supports Global Privacy Control, we honour it.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this policy whenever we add or remove a tool that sets cookies. The date at the top reflects the current version, and the table in section 4 updates automatically.
