Laleon Exclusive is preparing to launch. At present this website presents our collections, tells the story of the house, and allows you to join our waitlist. It does not currently process orders or payments.

Product presentation on this website does not constitute a binding offer. When online sales begin, separate terms will govern each purchase and will be presented to you before you complete an order.

You may use this website if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements. If you are under 18, please use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

All content on this website is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, design rights, trademark law, and unfair competition law in Türkiye, the European Union, and internationally. This includes, without limitation:

• All jewelry designs, including the arrangement, composition, and silhouette of every piece
• All photography, video, and moving image content
• All written content, including product descriptions, collection narratives, editorial writing, and campaign copy
• The names of our collections and pieces, including but not limited to Ottoman Garden, Bosphorus, Damla, Zarif Line, Orbit Halo, Golden Geometric, V-Zirve Glow, Larcivet Night, Mama Collection, Hürrem Galaxy, Sultana’s Dream, and Seven Hills of Istanbul
• The Laleon and Laleon Exclusive names, logos, and visual identity
• The structure, layout, design, and source code of this website

Reviewer note: Please confirm the registered trademark position for the Laleon and Laleon Exclusive marks in Türkiye and the EU, and advise whether the ® or ™ symbol should be used in this clause. Please also advise whether design registration for the principal pieces is worth pursuing, given the collection is not yet public.

You may view the website, and download or print individual pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference.

You may share links to our pages, and share our social media posts through the sharing functions the platforms provide.

Every Laleon piece is handcrafted in Istanbul. Natural variation between pieces is inherent to that process and is part of the value of the work rather than a defect.

We photograph our pieces with care, but colour reproduction depends on your screen, its calibration, and the light in your room. Gemstones in particular can appear differently in photography than in person, and their appearance changes with the light around them. Images are illustrative.

Some of our pieces use lab-created stones. Where this is the case, it is stated in the description of the piece. Lab-created stones are chemically, physically, and optically equivalent to their mined counterparts, and we disclose their use because we believe you are entitled to know exactly what you are buying.

Dimensions, weights, and specifications are given as accurately as we can, with normal manufacturing tolerance.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.

You agree to give us an email address that is yours and that you are entitled to use.
